Heritage Health Club members enjoy a free session with a Personal Trainer every 8 weeks.

Personal trainers differ from instructors in that they will personally motivate you through each workout (as opposed to simply showing you what to do).

The Heritage Health Club is very pleased to announce that one of the Heritage Health Club trainers Belinda Edmondston recently won Winner Fitness Life Personal Trainer of the year 2009. This means she is one of the best trainers in the country.


At the Health Club we have a number of personal trainers here to help motivate you during your workouts. Each trainer is independent of the Health Club and hence set their own prices, however all offer excellent value for money, so please check them out.
